"Jag förstår inte" - me all week

This was my first full week in Sweden and it actually flew by! This week was awesome. I figured out that I don't know Swedish though so that might be an issue haha. I love it here though, I have a great area, a great companion so I'm having fun.

Something crazy that happened this week is we got a random call from a dude that said he wanted to be baptized! We were so shocked. We set up a time to talk to him the next day. The weird thing tho is the next day we started driving and realized that he didn't give us his full address. We called him and he didn't answer so we got nervous but we started driving in case he called us back. We drove 45 minutes to his town and he still didn't call us, so we called him from my phone (since we're over two areas we have two sim cards) and he answered! He gave us some crazy directions and we ended up getting to his house like 30 minutes later hahaha. (He said like 'the yellow house on ur left' and like half the houses here are yellow) we talked to him and he said he was ducking from us was bc he got nervous to meet with us. His family doesn't like our church and stuff like that. So we talked to him and now he's on date to be baptized!

We have another friend named Andrii. He is from Ukraine and only speaks English and Russian so I get to teach in English and it's awesome. It's nice being able to contribute to the lesson. But anyway he's awesome. He's been working really hard to grow closer to Jesus Christ. He's truly inspiring.

We did street contacting this week and I literally barley understood anything, kinda brutal but it's okay.

ITS SO COLD HERE ALREADY. I'm going to freeze this winter. My big coat is already out haha I don't know how I'm gonna do this. Also the sun is going down earlier and earlier... it's gonna be rough in a couple weeks. That being said though Sweden is so pretty. I'm sure the snow is going to be beautiful.

We had dinner with a member and it was ham with bananas and cheese on it with rice... it wasn't bad actually but trust me I was terrified to try it. It was a little good. Elder Sannemann liked it a little bit less than me.

OK I'm sorry this email is so long but last thing. We had distriktskonferens this week so all the Missionaries in the northern part of Sweden met up and all the members came. It isn't a "stake conference" because there aren't any wards up here just a bunch of branches. I got to see Äldste Christiansen one of  MTC companions! The trio was reunited for a day. It was amazing.

I love all the emails you guys send me and I miss all of you a lot!
